If your equipment cannot be repaired the consultation fee of 10€ will be charged to cover the technicians time. Repairs will be charged at the price of the most expensive job + 10€ for each additional job. Please respect our number system and we will repair your computer as soon as possible.

If your equipment is under guarantee with the Original Equipment Manufacturer we will send it for repair on your behalf for an admin cost of 20€ + Transport charges.

Call Outs will be charged at 40.00€ including the first 30 minutes + 20€ each additional hour.

Minimum charge for technical service is 10.00€. These prices may vary without notice due to altering circumstances. Any property left on these premises is left at your own risk and is not insured by Totaltec. We do not accept responsibility for theft or damage of any equipment. We regret that we will not accept credit card payment for quantities less than 30.00€. Thank you for your custom.

* A copy of ALL data will be kept for 1 week on our premises giving you one week to check for any missing files. After one week all data will be deleted for your privacy and will not be recoverable.
